This hotel is gorgeous. It is located in the beautiful Amish countryside. You are close enough to outlet shopping centers and main roads to get to major malls but far enough onto a country road to feel secluded. A wonderful breakfast was included in our overnight stay and was served in the quaint tea room. We were there for my daughter's wedding which was at the Inn and was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this establishment. The restaurant food was amazing and service second to none!
The room was a great size (a little dark ) and very comfy .we had a great meal on the 1st evening and enjoyed the extensive wine list , the shop attached to the hotel was full of nick naks and offered some lovely gift ideas. The hotel was very well laid out and had great appeal with some lovely features .
The receptionist named appollo was very poor and offered little information about the hotel ,he did not tell us where breakfast was served or that the hotel would not be serving food or drinks on easter sunday evening .this we found out for ourselves when we arrived at the bar and they informed us of the fact they were closed !!! we also had no working toilet flush on our 1st night and was only fixed after 3 calls and not then untill 4pm on our 2nd night . we did not even get an apology (in fairness the guy who did fix it was very appologetic ) the reception staff were almost rude on checkout they did not even ask if we had enjoyed our stay!! Or offer a discount for the poor service we received .they could do better .maybe it was just an off weekend that cost us $500 plus !!!!! what has happened to good old american customer service ?? we look forward to the hotels comments .we will keep you posted ..
Location to downtown & my room.
The club room needs a real bathroom door. The barn style door design was cute, but the bathroom should remain a private space with a full door.
The room was comfortable and the service was good. Just thought there would more greenery and less concrete, from the picture on line.
All the artifical plants and flowers.
I did not have a whole lot of time due to the dog show I was attending (seminars) but the time I did have at your Inn was wonderful! I loved my room (huge), had a ball in the hot tub and shower was one that I hope to put into my home someday. The food was great and what a bargin (the ny steak), the person who was waiting on the table and bar was very nice and I enjoyed his advice regarding dinner . The young fellow(Appollo) was super great and helped me to my room and the gift shop info. He is a great person to greet people as they enter your lobby-friendly, helpful etc. I loved your gift shop-bought the Bassett for my son's vet clinic- he loved it! And I also bought the 4 pictures (cats, rabbit and chicken) and a rabbit container
A quiet hotel, but at the same time very convenient to close-by villages, towns like Bird-in-Hand and Amish Farms. We got a room right inside the property & so was very quiet.
i love the space in the upstairs sitting area, computer area.. i loved the window seats..
The accomodations were unique, the service exceptional.
Convenient location and clean
We had booked a Coach Room (2 Queen beds or one King), but were assigned a suite instead (Seemed like a full bed with separate sitting room). No complaint because the suite was actually very nice, clean and quiet. We would probably request the suite the next time.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant and bar was excellent.
My room was next to the entrance to the building. I could here everyone enter and exit the building. Also, I had a downstairs room, not sure if there was a room above my or possibly a sundeck or porch. In the morning I was able to hear peoples complete conversations above me. During the night there was no noise at all. The continental breakfast was very nice but I was disappointed they did not serve a fresh fruit salad. It was from a can with a few fresh blueberries.
Nice and quite place. .
beds are a bit old saggy
Excellently located in superb countryside. Excellent food and very comfortable room.
The overall feel of the Inn is nice. The guy at the counter was nice and accomodating if not a little under-trained.
Might have been a bad week. Cable was screwed up. A/C system was having issues. Walls are thin in main building. I would recommend upgrading to stay n one of the other villas/suites.
Poor breakfast little left and not replenshed at 9:15am (7-10am breakfast schedule) no fruit, cold french toast, no coffee, etc.
Grosses, schönes Zimmer.
Relativ dunkles Zimmer, schlechte Matratze, morgens früh (6 Uhr) grosser Lärm von Reisebus.
