Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. The walls are paper-thin. we heard everything from neighbors. Dinner was fantastic, but housekeeping lagged.

    high ceilings
    rustic charm
    cozy sitting area

Our room was simply gorgeous! It had high ceilings, rustic charm, and a cozy separate sitting area. The King size bed was super comfy, making it hard to get out of. Cleanliness was top-notch, and I felt like royalty during my stay. Definitely a vibe!

    beautiful grounds
    fantastic dinner
    great location
    noticeable noise
    thin walls

Had a lovely 2-night getaway with my partner. The location is perfect for visiting the local attractions without being too far from the main attractions. We really enjoyed the grounds and gardens, which were beautifully maintained, and the restaurant had a fantastic dinner. Just a heads up, the noise from the nearby road was noticeable, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind.

    onsite spa
    relaxing pool
    busy location

I had a wonderful stay and loved the onsite spa after a long day of exploring. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool and indulging in the tasty coffee shop treats. Just a heads up, the area is busier than I expected, so if you're looking for more of a quiet retreat, keep that in mind! 😊

    lovely dinner
    mix-up

Just a fine choice for a stopover in Lancaster with attractive and competitive value for money. The dinner at TE was lovely, but there was a mix-up with our reservations. Be sure to confirm dining packages when you check in.

    exquisite foie gras
    friendly staff
    cozy atmosphere
    room location
    accessibility issues

The on-site restaurant served an exquisite foie gras that was simply to die for! With a friendly team and a cozy atmosphere, our stay felt like a culinary adventure. The spa was a hit too, just amazing treatments all around.

I did have a bit of a mix-up with the room location despite prior requests for accessibility. The hike to my room felt like a treasure hunt—exciting but a little too much for my legs, you know? Still, the vibe was great!

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! The wine and cheese tasting was such a treat, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the on-site restaurant. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the coffee was great!
