The hotel's location was marvellous, just next door to Leola Village as well as restaurant on premises. Furthermore, in a loft area where the bathroom is located.

The Inn at Leola Village is a hidden gem in a fairly remote area. This place offers the perfect location to explore the area, with its close proximity to restaurants and attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to satisfy every request. The room service, housekeeping, and other services provided are top-notch, making my stay here comfortable and convenient. The restaurant on the premises serves delicious food, and the bar/lounge area is a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The amenities in the room, such as the mini-bar and sitting area, added to the overall luxury and comfort of my stay. The beautiful garden area and spa facilities provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and on-site parking were definitely convenient. With its excellent service and amenities, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was a great size (a little dark ) and very comfy .we had a great meal on the 1st evening and enjoyed the extensive wine list , the shop attached to the hotel was full of nick naks and offered some lovely gift ideas. The hotel was very well laid out and had great appeal with some lovely features .
The receptionist named appollo was very poor and offered little information about the hotel ,he did not tell us where breakfast was served or that the hotel would not be serving food or drinks on easter sunday evening .this we found out for ourselves when we arrived at the bar and they informed us of the fact they were closed !!! we also had no working toilet flush on our 1st night and was only fixed after 3 calls and not then untill 4pm on our 2nd night . we did not even get an apology (in fairness the guy who did fix it was very appologetic ) the reception staff were almost rude on checkout they did not even ask if we had enjoyed our stay!! Or offer a discount for the poor service we received .they could do better .maybe it was just an off weekend that cost us $500 plus !!!!! what has happened to good old american customer service ?? we look forward to the hotels comments .we will keep you posted ..

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a quiet loft area. The King Suite I stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The staff provided excellent service and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located near "Gracie's on Main," a wonderful local restaurant where I enjoyed a fantastic meal. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The lighting in the bar area was a bit too bright, lacking the intimate atmosphere I was hoping for.

The room was comfortable and the service was good. Just thought there would more greenery and less concrete, from the picture on line.
All the artifical plants and flowers.

This hotel is gorgeous. It is located in the beautiful Amish countryside. You are close enough to outlet shopping centers and main roads to get to major malls but far enough onto a country road to feel secluded. A wonderful breakfast was included in our overnight stay and was served in the quaint tea room. We were there for my daughter's wedding which was at the Inn and was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this establishment. The restaurant food was amazing and service second to none!

Location to downtown & my room.
The club room needs a real bathroom door. The barn style door design was cute, but the bathroom should remain a private space with a full door.

I did not have a whole lot of time due to the dog show I was attending (seminars) but the time I did have at your Inn was wonderful! I loved my room (huge), had a ball in the hot tub and shower was one that I hope to put into my home someday. The food was great and what a bargin (the ny steak), the person who was waiting on the table and bar was very nice and I enjoyed his advice regarding dinner . The young fellow(Appollo) was super great and helped me to my room and the gift shop info. He is a great person to greet people as they enter your lobby-friendly, helpful etc. I loved your gift shop-bought the Bassett for my son's vet clinic- he loved it! And I also bought the 4 pictures (cats, rabbit and chicken) and a rabbit container
